The mobile version of BCA is myBCA which is accessed through a mobile application. BCA has no obligation to examine or investigate the authenticity or validity or authority of users of mobile phone numbers, BCA ID, BCA ID Password, Biometrics, PIN (specifically for the mobile version of myBCA), and/or Appli KeyBCA Response (specifically for the website version of myBCA) or assess nor prove the accuracy or completeness of the said instructions. Therefore, the instruction is valid and legally binding on the Customer, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
