The following Terms and Conditions apply to individual users ('Customers') in housing or apartments using Biznet Home Combo and Biznet Home Internet services ('Services'). Biznet Home services are provided to Customers as an "up to" and "as is" service, so Biznet does not provide any guarantee to Customers for Biznet Home services. Customer acknowledges that Biznet Home Service cannot issue a physical invoice or proof of payment equivalent to a tax invoice. The Customer acknowledges that the Service is a prepaid service and to subscribe, the Customer must make a monthly payment to extend the monthly active period according to the selected Service package. Biznet Home Internet is a DHCP Private IP, while the IP assigned to Biznet Home Combo 3 is a Public Dynamic IP. Biznet Home Internet 1A, Biznet Home Internet 1AS, Biznet Home Internet 2A, Biznet Home Internet 2AS, Biznet Home Gamers 3A and Biznet Home Gamers 3AS services are only available in areas covered by the Latest Biznet Fiber Network. The IP provided by Biznet Home Internet 1A, Biznet Home Internet 1AS, Biznet Home Internet 2A and Biznet Home Internet 2AS services is a Private DHCP IP, while the IP provided for Biznet Home Gamers 3A and Biznet Home Gamers 3AS services is Public Dynamic IP. Biznet Home Gamers 3A and Biznet Home 3AS services are only intended for personal/residential consumers, not for business entities. Customer acknowledges that 1 (one) Biznet Home Combo Service account consists of 1 (one) Broadband Internet access with a bonus of 1 (one) Cable TV access for certain areas. Broadband Internet access is provided by PT Supra Primatama Nusantara while Cable TV access is provided by PT Biznet Multimedia.

Services that have not been installed after more than 1 (one) month since the payment is made will be considered canceled and the Customer is required to re-register if you want to continue to subscribe. Customer acknowledges that for Service with Cable TV bonus, Biznet Home will provide 80 meters long RG-6 coaxial drop cable for Service installation. If the support required by the Customer requires a visit from a Service employee or contractor, the Customer will be charged a visit fee of Rp. 200,000,- every 2 (two) hours excluding 10% VAT, but will be waived if the problem is caused by a service interruption. Devices that have been paid for will be wholly owned by the Customer.
Biznet employees are not allowed to receive rewards or payments in any form given by customers. If the customer makes a payment to an account other than the official account of Biznet (PT Supra Primatama Nusantara), then any form of loss, both material and immaterial, is the responsibility of the customer, and the customer hereby declares that Biznet is not involved in any form of responsibility for the loss caused by the customer. The customer states that he is willing to be charged an initial fee for the Prepaid Starter Pack Service to be able to subscribe which includes installation fees, monthly fees and equipment fees in the form of 1 (one) Biznet Home Fiber Modem for Broadband Internet access and 1 (one) Biznet Cable TV STB (set-top box). ) includes Remote and Smart Card for bonus Cable TV access. For customers with Device Ownership (Purchase) status, then the customer is not subject to a subscription contract. Customers acknowledge that each additional Biznet Cable TV STB (set-top box) will be charged a device fee of Rp. 750,000,- with a maximum of 3 (three) units of Biznet Cable TV STB (set-top box) for 1 (one) Service account.. Installation for additional Biznet Cable TV STB (set-top box) can only be done as long as it does not exceed the maximum cable limit allowed by the Service. The service has a grace period of 45 (forty five) days after the expiration of the active period. If the Customer has passed the grace period and does not make a payment, the Customer is declared to have terminated.
The Customer acknowledges that the relocation of the device and/or the change of the Customer's location after the Service installation process is completed cannot be charged to Biznet Home. The costs incurred as a result of the relocation will be borne by the Customer in the amount of Rp. 750,000,- as long as the relocation area is within the coverage area of the Service. For customers who are in areas/locations that do not require a device for their internet connection, the customer is not required to pay for the device fee. The list of registered buildings/apartments can be seen at the time of registration. Customers who comply with point number 8 (eight) must have a subscription contract for a minimum of 24 (twenty four) months for housing and 6 (six) months for apartments. Service change from Biznet Home Internet to Biznet Home Combo will incur a service change fee of IDR 500,000 and a Biznet Cable TV STB (set-top box) device fee of IDR 750,000. Service change from Biznet Home Combo to Biznet Home Internet is free of service change fees. Customers who have been declared to have terminated and are willing to resubscribe will be charged a reconnection fee of Rp. 500. 000,- provided that the network cable or Biznet Home Fiber Modem device is still available and suitable for use at the Customer's location. If the condition of the network cable and/or Biznet Home Fiber Modem equipment at the customer's location is no longer suitable for use, the Customer is required to make a re-payment consisting of the installation fee and/or equipment fee. Biznet Home provides a guarantee for Biznet Home Fiber Modem and Biznet Cable TV STB (set-top box) equipment for a period of 90 (ninety) days after the active Customer Service status.
This warranty does not apply if damage to the device occurs as a result of an accident and/or negligence caused by the Customer.
